International Shipment

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, customs and administrative fees and assumes responsibility for any lost shipments from the carrier.

Delivery time

Once the order leaves Carethy's warehouse and the national territory, the shipping company will be responsible for the state of the shipment (delays, damages, losses, etc).

When an order cannot be delivered due to reasons beyond Carethy's control, the full amount of the purchase will be refunded, minus the costs incurred in shipping and returning the parcel.

Return Policy

If the order is returned due to customs problems, wrong address or absence on the day of delivery, the shipping costs will not be refunded, and the corresponding amount will be paid as soon as the package arrives at our warehouse.

If for any reason, such as a change of mind, the customer wishes to return the order, a return transaction fee will be charged (check with Customer Service for the cost in each case).

If you wish to make a claim related to transport damage, this must be done within 48 calendar hours of receipt of your order, it must be done through our support centre. After confirming any claim, the corresponding amount will be paid through the same payment method used in the purchase. In order to cover this type of incident, you can contract YOGA Guarantee.

Product returns

The client has 14 days from the day you receive the product to return it. Before making any return, the client must contact our Customer Service to communicate it and to receive help in the process.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, the amount paid on the product will be refunded within 10 days.

Non-defective products can be returned within 14 days of delivery, in their original condition and with the returns form properly filled out. The amount of the order will be refunded less the shipping cost. The shipping costs will not be applicable in the event that an incorrect item has been shipped.

In order to make a return, the customer must assume the costs of returning the product. In the event that the return is due to a damaged product or the delivery of a wrong product, our Customer Service must be contacted immediately.
